Founded by Roman Koidl in 1993, specializing in convenience and service. Clients included all the major FMCG manufacturers, such as Procter [&] Gamble, Unilever, Pepsi, and Nestlé. From 1997 onwards the greatest change management project so far in the field of customer orientation was implemented with 58 staff members for more than 40,000 Deutsche Lufthansa AG staff worldwide. The project was entitled “Projekt Dienstleistungskultur” (Service Culture Project).
